Miss USA

Kristen Dalton, Miss USA 2009, will crown her successor at the conclusion of the telecast that is held in the Theatre for the Performing Arts at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Each contestant from 50 states and the District of Columbia will be judged in three categories: swimsuit, evening gown and interview. The event will be hosted by former Miss USA, Kristen Dalton and Chet Buchanan. Australian celebrity chef Curtis Stone and Today-show correspondent Natalie Morales will co-host and commentary will be provided by Joan and Melissa Rivers. Pop/rock band 'Boys Like Girls' will perform during the swimsuit competition and country music star Trace Adkins will hit the stage during the evening gown competition.
