Based in Stockholm‚ Sweden‚ Silver is operated by NonStop Television AB‚ a company within the Millennium Media Group AB (MMG). The channel is available in Sweden‚ Norway‚ Denmark and Finland. NonStop Television also operates the action channel Showtime‚ which reaches approximately 1 million households‚ and the entertainment channel Star!‚ which reaches approximately 2 million households in Scandinavia. Both channels are distributed through the leading operators in the region such as Canal Digital‚ TeliaSonera‚ UPC‚ Com Hem‚ FastTV and DTT Sweden by Boxer. As of February 2006‚ Star! is available in the Netherlands as well. Star! in Scandinavia is a joint venture between NonStop Television and CHUM International. NonStop Television also distributes classical music channel Mezzo in Scandinavia. MMG also holds the subsidiaries: NonStop Entertainment AB‚ NonStop Sales AB and PrimeText International AB.
